Job Description

Missions principales

Dématérialisation fiscale & EDI

-Gestion de lactivité courante de la dématérialisation fiscale
-Mise en place de la dématérialisation fiscale pour nos clients B2B
-Participation à la priorisation des projets de migration EDI / e-facturation client
-Contribution à lamélioration continue du processus de facturation
-Reporting de son activité
-Garantie de la formalisation des process de la cartographie des flux et des mappings EDI

Suivi des incidents de facturation

-Suivi et analyse des anomalies de facturation remontées
-Coordination et support transverse avec les différentes directions (Finance IT Métiers)

Tests mises en production et évolutions

-Pilotage et/ou exécution des tests métier bout en bout (validation des règles métier sur les flux EDI / e-facturation)
-Accompagnement du service informatique et/ou des prestataires externes dans les développements et paramétrages nécessaires
-Participation aux phases de release et de sécurisation des mises en production

Management indirect SSC et fournisseurs externes (Recocash Sogedi P&P TMA....)

-Point Hebdo

Profil :

- diplômé(e) dun BAC5 Finance / audit

- Expérience 5 ans min

-Rigueur Capacité danalyse et de coordination transverse (Finance IT Métiers) Esprit damélioration continue
