Job Summary
Be part of a collaborative servicefocused team within College Services.
Support a broad range of administrative and operational functions within a University School including teachingresearchand community engagementactivities.
Part-time(0.4FTE)appointment onafixed term basisuntil May 2027.
Base salary range:$83212$92231p.a.(pro-rata)plus 17% superannuation.

College Services provides high-quality academic administration and technical support to the Universitys Schools. The Schools Operations team works in close partnership with Heads of School academicstaffand research students to deliver consistent customer-focused services that support teachingresearchand engagement activities. The team is committed to continuous improvementcollaborationand best practice in academic administration.
Abouttheopportunity
Providea wide range of administrative and operational support to a School supporting both teaching and research priorities.
Work collaboratively across Schools Operations and with other professional and academic teams to deliver high-quality services.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes suggestingefficienciesand implementing bestpractice workflows.
Aboutyou
You have substantial relevant administrative experience ideally within a complex service-oriented environment.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can respond to complex enquiries with judgement and initiative.
You are highly organised able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
You are confident using a range of computer systems and applications including word processing spreadsheetsdatabasesand online platforms.
You are a proactive team member with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
