Lead and manage highperforming engineering teams responsible for the

MineStar data and platform with full ownership of endtoend delivery. This role drives engineering excellence scalable and resilient solution delivery and strong collaboration across product architecture and business stakeholders to execute the MineStar roadmap while building agile innovative and highimpact teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a highperforming engineering team with full accountability for endtoend design & delivery.

• Establish and scale bestinclass engineering practices and operational excellence supported by product engineering and Scrum metrics.

• Work closely with Product Management and Business stakeholders to define priorities drive the agenda and deliver impactful products.

• Apply strong technical expertise to design and build robust processes and solutions supporting strategic initiatives.

• Partner with Architects and crossfunctional teams to deliver solutions aligned with established architectural guidelines.

• Work with senior leadership to define and evolve the longterm product and technology roadmap.

• Lead hiring efforts and build highperforming agile engineering teams.

• Engage closely with business owners and technical teams across India and global locations for requirements and delivery alignment.

• Act as a disruptive thinker who drives software innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering (B.E/ Computer Science preferred.

• 12 years of relevant experience delivering highly resilient highly scalable enterprise products.

• 3 years of people management experience leading teams of 10 engineers.

• Proven experience building mentoring and sustaining highperforming engineering teams.

• Strong stakeholder and program management capabilities.

• Extensive experience building services using Java Apache Spark Python and Cloud/ Kubernetes Platform.

• Demonstrated endtoend ownership of at least one cloudbased project; experience with extensible platforms and data pipelines is a plus.

• Strong background in engineering quality CI/CD best practices and operational rigor.

• Expertise in engineering excellence code quality performance tuning and operational stability.

• Deep understanding and execution of NonFunctional Requirements (NFRs).

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit Jest and code quality tools like Sonar.

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools including Git Maven Jenkins and DevOps pipelines.

• Strong handson development skills with the ability to prototype technical solutions when needed.

• High adaptability a strong learning mindset and a passion for driving change and innovation.

• Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholderinfluencing skills.

• Strong practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
