Front Desk Receptionist

Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of our pediatric patients and their families while developing your career in a fun and positive environment.

Location: Brentwood TN (Maryland Farms)

Hours: Full-time (30-35 hours a week) must be willing to stay as late as the last client (6pm) some days/as needed. Up to 30 minutes of checking emails on Sunday for any schedule changes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the calendar for office staff.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing data entry and managing
• Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Support team members with various tasks as a personal assistant when required.
