Business Development & Commercial Support (6 months contract) Philippines - Your future position

As a Business Development & Commercial Support you will be responsible for:

  • Monitor market trends consumer insights and competitor activity to propose new fragrance concepts aligned with client brand strategies.
  • Create presentation deck for client for active and proactive projects.
  • Support business development activities such as organizing road show venues source designer etc.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and kits for new initiatives or product launches.
  • Source packaging for kits help with team activity
  • Actively support the KAMs in the project process
  • Analyze fragranceland data and organize fragranceland smelling & sharing - new launches - highlights of relaunch (claims price change of grammage shrinkflation etc)
  • Conduct desk research to identify new leads emerging trends and competitive insights.
  • Create database / list for products in fragranceland (expiry price olfactive brand variant color manufacturer) - excel file
  • Assist in the preparation of docs required for DENR PICCS permit
  • Assist in DHL booking invoice preparation for sample
  • Assist in base registration and sample request
  • Assist in updating the projects in the internal system
  • Assist in raising & monitoring oil request in the system

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelors Degree holder with an interest in Fragrance industry
  • Marketing Savvy and willing to do Admin Work
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and decision making skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Detailed orientated and accurate
  • Project management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Flexibility and Learning agility
  • Ability to deliver quality work under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with key IT applications - MS Office suite CANVA
