The Role
As an Account Manager youll manage and develop existing client relationships while actively generating new business through outbound activity including cold calling. This is a dual role combining account management with proactive business development.
Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions that add real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling and outreach
- Identify and win new opportunities within both existing and new clients
- Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Advise clients on IT solutions including hardware software cloud and cybersecurity
- Create and deliver tailored proposals to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams
What Were Looking For
- Experience in account management sales or business development
- Background in IT technology telecoms or solution-based sales is desirable
- Confident in new business generation and cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a motivation to earn uncapped commission
- Consultative and commercially aware approach
No existing client base or accounts required.
