Finance Controller

UniPOS LTD Bulgaria was established in 1995 and its main activity is to design manufacture and sell a range of high-tech fire alarm solutions for commercial and industrial applications. The company has production facilities in Pleven which are based on the under one roof model and applies highly efficient process and quality management methods. UniPOS LTD Bulgaria is a pioneer in the field of technical development and manufacturing of safety products and our personnel are highly professional.

Since 2021 UniPOS has been an important part of the Consilium Safety Group a leading Swedish group in the field of safety technology for the marine oil and gas transport and construction sectors.

We are currently looking for a motivated employee to join our team of professionals in the position of:

Finance Controller

Location: Pleven office on site position

Your role:

• Cost allocation and Cost centers maintenance

• Supporting management with analyzing financial data & KPIs (mainly related to Production)

• Executes internal controls in alignment with Group strategic plan

• Monitors the actual performance compared to budget through regular and ad-hoc performance analysis reports and budget forecast updates

• Actively participates in the annual budgeting process in line with the companys rules and within the deadlines

• Supports period closing processes

• Preparation of financial overviews reports analysis and forecasts needed for the Management

• Participates in other operational tasks in the Finance department (supports colleagues on financial matters provides financial information participates in finance and internal audits etc)

Your profile:

• University degree with focus in Finance Accounting Economics or other relevant education

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other Microsoft program products is an advantage

• Fluent in English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Results-oriented team player with ability to plan prioritize and work within tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and other MS office applications
