Head of Finance Process Automation & Agentic AI

The Head of Finance Process Automation & Agentic AI redefines how Finance operates at scale across a global organization of 17000 employees with AI as a core enabler of the next-generation operating model building an intelligent adaptive AI-aware Finance organization

• Acts as the Finance demand owner and adoption partner to the Group AI CoE translating Finance opportunities into use cases sponsoring PoCs and owning the hand-over from CoE delivery to dBS Finance operations
• Builds and maintains the Finance AI use-case portfolio (idea PoC scale value realized) aligned to the Group AI use-case taxonomy and feeding the AI Board.
• Design and evolve the Finance governance model across a complex global landscape
• Operationalizes Group AI governance inside Finance (AI Acceptable Use Directive EU AI Act AI Board decisions)
• Drives AI literacy and adoption across the Finance population (R2R P2P O2C FP&A MDM)
• Drive end-to-end Finance excellence modernized through automation and AI augmentation
• Define process frameworks KPIs and performance insights leveraging data and intelligent tooling
• Lead maturity assessments and transformation initiatives including AI-readiness and automation potential
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operating models AI adoption and process optimization
• Introduce intelligent automation and AI-driven improvements where they create real business value
• Orchestrate and challenge external advisory partners to deliver outcomes not just recommendations
• Enable process owners to adopt AI-enhanced ways of working with confidence and control
• Translate complexity into clear executive narratives and decision-making insights

• 10 years in Finance transformation or shared service delivery with hands-on AI/automation delivery experience
• A consulting mindset structured analytical and outcome-oriented
• Experience working in large complex environments where scale and alignment matter
• Exposure to or strong interest in AI automation or data-driven IT operations
• Ability to bridge traditional IT governance with emerging AI governance needs
• Comfortable shaping frameworks where standards are still evolving
• Strong stakeholder presence you can influence senior leaders and drive alignment
• You dont just follow best practices you adapt and evolve them
• Masters or Bachelors in:
• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Data Science
• Or equivalent practical experience
