Job Summary
We are working with a flagship academy trust in Leeds seeking an expert HR Manager. This is a full-time permanent role starting ASAP overseeing personnel operations across a large high-achieving site.
The Role
Strategic HR: Lead on recruitment employee relations and performance management frameworks with total precision.
Compliance: Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) to the highest safeguarding standards ensuring total audit readiness.
Policy Development: Update and implement HR policies in line with current employment law and Department for Education guidance.
Culture: Foster a workplace of humanity and mutual respect supporting the development of a flourishing staff body.
