Join us at our upcoming Job Fair and become part of a welcoming resident-focused community at The Chesapeake! We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our culinary team and are looking for individuals who are passionate about service teamwork and creating a positive dining experience.

- Part-Time Servers
- Full-Time Nutritional Assistants
- Cold Prep Cook
Position Details & Requirements
Part-Time Servers
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Prior food service experience preferred but not required
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Full-Time Nutritional Assistants
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Previous table service experience preferred
- Ability to cooperatively interface with team members at all levels
- Must be able to read write and complete basic mathematical calculations
- Basic nutritional knowledge is a plus
Cold Prep Cook
- Prepare cold food items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred
