The business environment

Youll lead a multi-site healthcare retail business across Ireland operating at the intersection of clinical excellence and commercial performance.

The role

As Director of Sales & Business Development Ireland youll:

• Lead the Irish business to deliver commercial operational and strategic objectives
• Take full ownership of financial performance including P&L and KPI delivery
• Drive growth through network optimisation new locations and partnerships
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
• Ensure delivery of high-quality customer-centred hearing care
• Work closely with central teams to execute strategic initiatives
• Represent the Ireland business at leadership and board level
• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across the market

Youll balance performance people and growth ensuring the business delivers both short-term results and long-term success.

• Significant leadership experience in multi-site retail healthcare or service environments
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and operational performance
• Strong experience in business development expansion or partnerships
• Full P&L ownership and financial management experience
• Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams
• Strong stakeholder management including executive and board-level exposure
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into delivery
