Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing

• Serve as the primary daytoday client contact for influencer marketing initiatives

• Develop present andoptimizeinfluencer strategies across clients and categories

• Forecast campaign impact and KPIs tying performance to business outcomes

• Review and guide creative concepts messaging and ongoing optimization

• Manage and mentor junior team members supporting development and growth planning

• Support influencer negotiations contracting and legal coordination

• Oversee budgets invoicing quality control and compliance (including FTC guidelines)

• Analyze performance data and report on progress against client revenue goals

• Identifyprocess improvements and organic growth opportunities

• Collaborate crossfunctionally across Dentsu and support new business efforts as needed

Person Specification

• 3 yearsminimumrelevant agency experience

• Proven influencer marketing and project management experience

• Handson experience with platforms such asCreatorIQ Captiv8 or similar

• Experience managing teams budgets and contracts

• Strong communication organization and prioritization skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail

• Growthminded collaborative and accountable leadership style

• Proficiencyin PowerPoint Word and Excel

• Comfortable working remotely with flexibility to work from an office when needed
