Basic Job Functions:
The Inside Sales Representative coordinates with the outside Sales Force Production Quality Shipping and Mill Management to provide customer service that exceeds our customer expectations. This includes processing customer orders dispatching shipments managing available inventory maintaining pricing approve billing and provide customer support as needed. Working to accomplish the overall goals and directives established by the Sales Manager and Management team is essential. We take care of our customers by creating focus on safety quality cost service and productivity.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Astrongcommitment tosafetyinalljob aspects.
- 2yearsexperienceinMetalBuildingConstructionorConstruction related field.
- Abilitytointerpret Architectural and Structural Drawings.
- Willingnessand ability totraveltobuilders offices and job sites possibly on short notice.
- Willingness to relocate to an assigned sales territory.
- Commitment to pursue path as a District Sales Manager.
- Required to have and keepavalid drivers license and proof of insurance.
