| Job Description: | The Sustainability Studies program in association with Ethics in the Public Sphere and UF CAIRES is seeking a student assistant for the academic year. The student assistant will support communications events and program operations and provide general clerical and administrative support as needed. - Assist with planning and organizing events
- Create publicity materials (flyers digital content announcements)
- Support social media efforts for both programs
- Update and maintain program websites using WordPress
- Provide general program and administrative support as needed

| Required Qualifications: | This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and are eligible to be employed through Federal Work-Study. Must maintain a 2.5 grade point average. Must be able to work a minimum of 5 hours per week. |

| Preferred: | - Major or minor in Sustainability Studies and interest in ethics
- Commitment to remain in the role for at least one year
- Experience with WordPress or other website management systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram LinkedIn)
- Experience with Canva Adobe or similar design tools
- Reliable punctual and adaptable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic photography and photo editing experience
