What Youll Do

Support Commercial Sales Growth

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to drive opportunities across small and mid-sized organizations by supporting discovery demos and technical evaluations.

Learn Customer Environments

  • Join customer conversations to understand their infrastructure security maturity and business priorities.

Deliver Powerful Demos & Proof of Value

  • Show prospects how NodeZero helps identify real attack paths validate security controls and reduce risk.

Simplify Complex Security Concepts

  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical buyers and executive stakeholders.

Grow as a Trusted Advisor

  • Develop the confidence to answer customer questions guide conversations and help move deals forward.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work with Sales Product Marketing and Customer Success to improve customer experience and share market feedback.

Continuously Build Expertise

  • Learn modern cybersecurity concepts offensive security methodologies and consultative selling skills from experienced mentors.

What Youll Bring

  • 14 years of experience in Sales Engineering Customer Success Technical Account Management or another customer-facing technical role

  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and desire to build a long-term career in the space

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics

  • High curiosity coachability and eagerness to learn

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment

  • Based in Chicago or open to relocating there

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair competitive and transparent ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles levels and locations.

In accordance with various States transparency regulations we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Total On-Target Compensation: $140000 - $/30 split annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidates location qualifications experience and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
