Job Summary
Seeking high-performing entrepreneurial Insurance Sales Executives specializing in Commercial Lines to join a dynamic team. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on autonomy ownership and the opportunity to achieve significant financial upside. As an Insurance Sales Executive you will focus on generating new business building a high-quality book of clients and leveraging a dedicated service team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales a growth-oriented mindset and the drive to succeed in a producer-led organization.
Compensation Package
- Draw-Based Model: Compensation is structured on a draw equivalent to one-quarter of annual production potential (e.g. $300000 base pay for $1.2M in production).
- Transition Period: Optional 12 year W2 transition period if needed.
- Long-Term Upside: Full partner economics over time with significant flexibility in income allocation.
- Average Producer Book: $5M in revenue offering strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Generate new qualified business through self-directed methods and innovative lead generation strategies.
- Build and grow a long-term high-quality book of business.
- Collaborate with a Unit Manager to allocate resources effectively and manage growth.
- Leverage dedicated service and associate teams to ensure seamless client servicing and execution.
- Reinvest strategically in business development client engagement and service excellence.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven Sales Capability: Demonstrated success in generating significant revenue with the ability to scale to $500000 in revenue within two years.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfort with financial risk and a strong drive for autonomy and ownership.
- Growth-Oriented: Highly motivated by upside potential and long-term success.
- Cultural Fit: Alignment with a producer-led organization with a willingness to engage deeply in the vetting and evaluation process.
- Non-Traditional Backgrounds Welcome: Candidates with sales experience and grit qualifications such as professional or collegiate athletes or graduates of rigorous programs (e.g. West Point Navy SEAL BUDS) are encouraged to apply.
