Job Summary
Position Overview:
ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking an experienced Master of Social Work (MSW) professional to support the development and oversight of our growing internship program. This contract role is ideal for a motivated self-directed individual who is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and building structured high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and professional guidance to MSW interns
- Ensure internship experiences align with academic and professional standards
- Collaborate with leadership to identify program needs and opportunities
- Assist with onboarding training and evaluating interns
- Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Serve as a liaison between ARC and academic institutions as needed
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate professional experience
- Strong understanding of supervision mentorship and professional development practices
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible contract-based schedule
- Compensation commensurate with experience
