Were looking for a dynamic customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager and help support our office staff and communities in Ocean and Monmouth Counties NJ.
Office Managers are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From supervising the team and office management to interacting with clients caregivers and referral sources in the field an Office Managers scope of responsibility is varied fast-paced and rewarding. This exciting role involves a mix of social services operations customer service finance sales recruiting and human resources.

Office Manager Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting with prospective clients
- Getting to know caregivers registered with the office
- Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs
- Overseeing the daily office operations
- Marketing to referral sources
- Working as a team in an office environment.
Office ManagerJob Requirements:
- Nurturing ability (caring empathetic compassionate)
- Articulate with strong verbal and written skills and
- Pleasant phone manner
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good documentation skills
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
