Job Summary
One of the Global Leaders in Low Voltage Security Fire & Building Technology solutions is continuing to grow in the Chicago region and has a new opening for an Operations Leader! This role is a crucial leadership role focused on overseeing all project personnel & financial operations in their #1 growth territory in the United States.

- Operations leadership including personnel project execution financials & customer interaction for Low Voltage Security & Fire System Installs Service
- Manage portfolio of 200 projects that total $12M-$15M
- Projects located in the greater Chicago and surrounding regions
- 3-5 PMs team of PMs and Coordinators as direct reports
- Office-based role in Hoffman Estates customer leadership on project sites on occasion
- Base pay plus performance bonus plan
