Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Workday Administrator to support and enhance our Workday HCM platform in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring system stability optimizing HR and Payroll processes and driving continuous improvements across Workday modules post-implementation.
You will act as the primary system owner post go-live partnering closely with HR Payroll and IT leadership to ensure seamless operations data integrity and an exceptional end-user experience.

Manage system configuration updates user access security roles and troubleshooting
Maintain high data integrity across HR and Payroll systems

Lead post-implementation administration as the primary Workday System Administrator
Manage system configuration updates user access security roles and troubleshooting
Maintain high data integrity across HR and Payroll systems
- Build and maintain reports dashboards and analytics to support business decisions
- Provide end-user support training (in-person and virtual) and issue resolution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations workflows and changes
- Monitor Workday releases and ensure smooth adoption of new features and enhancements
Qualifications
- 3 years of direct Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Workday administration troubleshooting and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree or Workday certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or service-oriented environment is a plus.
