Required Experience:

Customer service experience and acumen within an office or medical environment required as well as strong administrative experience in a professional environment.

Knowledge of or experience with HR systems HR processes and supporting department management and executives

Intermediate experience with all Microsoft programs required

Preferred:

Prior experience within UCLA/UCLA Health

Experience with AI or other project management tools strongly preferred.
