PAY RATE: $65/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Oversee assembly of components into subassemblies and final assemblies.

• Support mating/joining of structural assemblies (metallic and non-metallic).

• Oversee installation of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Ensure proper fastening methods (bolting riveting soldering crimping adhesives etc.).

• Support testing using mechanical electrical and electronic test equipment.

• Interface with engineering management and suppliers to meet product requirements.

• Ensure assemblies meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• Management experience required (must-have).

• Ability to work any shift based on business needs.

• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and manufacturing operations.

• Previous aircraft/aerospace assembly experience.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
