Job Summary

Job Title: Scrum Master -15 years exp

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid -Local Candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering enterprise technology and data platform solutions
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
Act as a servant leader and coach to product owners development teams and stakeholders
Promote Agile best practices and ensure consistent application of Scrum principles
Identify track and remove impediments impacting team progress and delivery timelines
Enable high-performing self-organizing teams focused on accountability and continuous improvement
Support delivery reporting including velocity tracking sprint metrics and overall progress updates
Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile delivery with program and organizational goals
Understand business objectives analyze problems and identify alternative technical and process solutions
Perform cost/benefit analysis and feasibility assessments for system improvements or enhancements
Analyze user requirements workflows and procedures to improve or automate existing systems
Work with business and technical teams to gather input/output requirements and reporting needs
Document detailed functional requirements system capabilities and program specifications
Evaluate system capabilities technical constraints and scheduling limitations for requested changes
Operate independently on complex tasks requiring strong judgment creativity and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira
Experience working in large-scale or enterprise IT environments
Experience with state or government technology projects is a plus
Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM or equivalent) preferred
