Job Summary

Little Flower Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled collaborative and mission-driven Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. Rooted in the spirituality of St. Thérèse of Lisieux and her Little Way this role calls for a leader who models humility service and love in action while advancing a strong Catholic school culture.

This position plays a key role in driving academic growth through data-informed practices and strengthening instructional excellence across all grade levels. The Assistant Principal will partner with teachers to support high-quality learning ensuring every student is challenged supported and able to grow.

We are seeking an educator who is passionate about building relationships inspiring both students and staff and helping create a joyful faith-filled environment where every child is known and loved.

The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic in good standing with the church has a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience preferably in a Catholic School holds or is willing to pursue a Masters degree in Educational Leadership demonstrates strength in mission-driven leadership data-informed decision making and a commitment to collaboration professional growth and servant leadership.
