Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
10 years of experience in product management or product ownership within digital platforms or customer communication technology
Experience working with messaging systems communication platforms or customer engagement tools
Experience partnering closely with engineering on platform development or system integrations
Strong understanding of how data flows across systems and supports customer interactions
Ability to translate business needs and customer journeys into scalable product capabilities
Proven ability to operate independently and deliver initiatives end-to-end
Experience building platform solutions used across multiple lines of business
Experience working in agile operating models and using Agile tools (Jira Confluence)
Analytical mindset: ability to turn findings from data into executable plans that meet business objectives.
Proficient in writing detailed user-stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience owning digital platforms or enterprise capabilities with a focus on building scalable solutions that serve multiple stakeholders. You are comfortable partnering across business marketing and engineering to champion and drive decisions
