As a Talent Partner within our Business Recruitment team youll play a key role in hiring the people who drive our strategy forward. Your scope will be broad and impactful ranging from Finance and People roles to Category Managers and creatives within our Consumer team. This is not your average recruitment role. Its dynamic hands-on and comes with serious ownership and impact.

Tricks of the trade

• Take ownership of the hiring process: from first outreach to final offer youll run recruitment from start to finish.

• Build strong relationships: partner closely with hiring managers across Finance People and Consumer teams to understand their needs and guide hiring decisions.

• Find and attract top talent: get creative with sourcing strategies and keep the pipeline flowing even when things get tricky.

• Think beyond the obvious: bring new ideas to the table to improve how we attract and hire talent whether through targeted campaigns events or new hiring approaches.

Your superpowers

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology Business HR or a related field.

• 3 - 4 years of Recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.

• Fluency in English. Dutch German or French Big plus!

• A hands-on get-it-done mentality: if something needs fixing youre on it.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills: youll need to challenge push back and influence hiring decisions.

• Comfortable with the unknown: where new roles and priorities pop up often.

• Curious driven and eager to grow fast.
