We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSales Operations Partner to join our dynamic this role you will act as a critical business partner to regional leadership elevating sales performance through data-driven insights operational excellence and strategic execution.

THE ROLE
You will serve as the operational backbone for the EMEA North sales region ensuring the business runs with speed accuracy and this role you will bridge the gap between data and actionproviding field sales teams with the structure they need to close deals while ensuring alignment with global processes.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a high-energy hub managing critical day-to-day business rhythms and translating raw data into clear actionable performance indicators for local management.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Regional Operational Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for Account Executives and District Managers on process-related questions quoting assistance and deal flow navigation. - Forecast & Pipeline Hygiene:
Coordinate weekly forecasting submissions reviewing data for accuracy and ensuring opportunity management in Salesforce meets global compliance standards. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate and distribute weekly performance dashboards and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs identifying trends or anomalies in regional business performance. - Process Efficiency:
Monitor the quote-to-cash lifecycle identify friction points in approvals and partner with Deal Desk and Finance to help expedite deal closure. - Sales Enablement:
Support onboarding of new sales hires on operational tools (Salesforce Clari) and ensure existing team members are informed of new processes and booking policies.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Relevant Experience:
4 years of experience in Sales Operations Business Analysis or a Commercial Support role preferably within the technology sector. - Data & Tool Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables lookups) and Salesforce (SFDC). Experience with Clari or Tableau is a strong plus. - Process Mindset:
A structured detail-oriented thinker who enjoys untangling operational challenges to keep the business moving forward. - Communication Skills:
Ability to explain complex operational processes clearly to sales teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (Finance Legal Deal Desk). - Agility:
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and able to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail. - In-Office Requirement:
This is primarily an in-office role. You will be expected to work from the Amsterdam office in line with Pures policies except during PTO work travel or other approved leave.
