Website Manager- 12-month fixed term contract

Youll be responsible for ensuring everything runs seamlessly- from uptime and security to booking journeys and customer experience while driving continuous improvement across our digital estate.

The digital environment

Youll operate within a growing digital function working across marketing data development and external partners to deliver a high-performing digital experience.

The role

As a Website Manager youll:

• Own the operational performance stability and security of the website and app
• Manage website updates CMS improvements and content deployments
• Ensure online booking functionality is optimised and running smoothly
• Monitor and improve website performance uptime and user experience
• Lead issue identification troubleshooting and bug resolution
• Maintain compliance with GDPR cookies accessibility and security standards
• Manage analytics and tracking (GA4 Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data
• Drive continuous improvement across website app and e-commerce performance
• Work with agencies developers and internal teams to deliver enhancements

What were looking for

• 46 years experience managing websites or digital platforms
• Experience owning website performance uptime and user experience
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms hosting and web technologies
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4 Tag Manager)
• Knowledge of GDPR security and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with agencies developers and cross-functional teams

Desirable

• Experience within retail e-commerce or healthcare environments
• Experience managing app platforms or digital ecosystems
• Experience driving UX or conversion improvements
