The Subcontracts Representative plays a key supporting role within the Global Category Management team with a focus on execution support across offshore manning pre-commissioning and survey scopes. This is a dynamic and evolving position ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is comfortable managing internal interfaces across project and regional teams.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Call-Offs in alignment with project requirements and global frame agreements.
• Ensure commitments are accurately reflected in procurement systems and aligned with project forecasts.
• Act as the primary subcontracts liaison between the category team and project/regional stakeholders.
• Maintain and update package-level forecasts in collaboration with project controls and buyers.
• Track and process scope changes ensuring timely updates to commitments and budgets.
• Ensure alignment between actuals forecasts and approved commitments.
• Provide administrative support for offshore manning pre-commissioning and survey scopes.
• Coordinate with relevant technical and operational teams to ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of subcontracted personnel and services.
• Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies frame agreements and applicable EBAs.
• Maintain accurate records of approvals rate confirmations and contractual documentation.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Experience in procurement subcontracts or project support roles within the energy or engineering sectors.
• Experience in subcontract management specifically within offshore projects environments.
• Experience in managing and coordinating with overseas subcontractors ensuring compliance and performance across international operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
