Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Healthcare Recruiter Reporting to: Director

We are looking for an experienced US recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. As a US recruiter you will
be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring Healthcare professionals. You should have a strong
understanding of the Healthcare industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals including physicians nurses allied
health professionals and administrative staff.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through job boards social media
professional associations and other relevant channels.
Familiarity with regulations such as HIPAA and other healthcare-specific compliance standards.
Ensure that recruitment processes align with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
Work closely with healthcare facility administrators and HR teams to understand their staffing
needs and unique requirements.
Possess a deep understanding of various healthcare roles their responsibilities and the specific
skills required for success in those roles.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience with sourcing screening and scheduling interviews of the candidates.
Ability and willingness to learn about new requirements and processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
