Job Summary
As a Quality Engineer you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security API and regression suites creating automation strategies and supporting data and environment configurations. You will also participate in code reviews monitor and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Develop and implement best practices for testing and quality assurance. Professional & Technical Skills: -Overall performance testing experience 7 yrs- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Neotys NeoLoad 4 yrs- Good to have Java coding experience for Ready API scripting- Mandatory skills : Monitoring tool experience like Dynatrace 3 yrs- Mandatory skills - Strong triaging skills in the performance bottleneck issues and provide performance solution strategies- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes.- Experience in analyzing performance metrics and generating reports. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Neotys NeoLoad.
