Boeing Defense and Space Engineering Project Management Specialist

Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. EFSBoeing Defense and Space Engineering Poland is looking for a Project Management Specialist to help execution and expansion of defense Scope of Work at Boeing Poland joining the team based in Rzeszow or Warsaw Poland.
We are seeking a results-driven specialist to lead execution of complex projects and programs. The successful candidate will provide technical business and integration leadership to ensure projects are delivered on schedule within scope and meet quality and performance targets. This role requires strong data analytics and visualization skills hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Azure analytics tools and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities:
Define and track project performance metrics and compare actual results to the baseline plan to assess project performance efficiency and productivity.
Prepare and deliver concise progress reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that support decision-making and program visibility.
Lead day-to-day project execution to complete the work statement and meet contractual obligations.
Negotiate proposed changes and assess impacts to deliverables resources costs and schedules; implement approved modifications.
Plan identify and coordinate resources required across the life of the project or program.
Assign responsibilities to team members and ensure technical correctness consistency and timely completion of products and services.
Direct proposal development activities related to the work statement.
Supporting and coordinating material testing activities performed by a local supplier - act as the primary point of contact for the local supplier (on-site meetings) lead negotiations of the supplierSoW coordinate reporting cadence and ensure test outputs meet project acceptance criteria.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in project engineering or project management ideally in mechanical or aerospace environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel includingPower QueryPivotTablesVBA chart creation and data model design
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (for examplePower BI) and the connectors/services (ex. Azure analytics view)used to combine disparate data sources into interactive dashboards and actionable reports
Demonstrated ability to design build and maintain dashboards that support senior management decision-making
Demonstrated experience tracking project deliverables milestones and resource allocations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present project status risks and mitigation plans to senior leadership
Strong negotiation skills for dates deliverables and scope changes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering or a related technical discipline
Experience working on aerospace programs or within regulated engineering environments
Certification in project management (PMP Prince2) or equivalent experience would be an asset

Additional Requirement:
The individual will be required to obtain clearance for work under military concession (regulated by act of 13 June 2019 on conducting business activities in the field of manufacturing and trading in explosives weapons ammunition and products and technology for military or police purposes).
