Navitas Healthcare LLC isa skilled Laboratory / Donor Care Specialist to support blood collection and donor care services. This role involves performing phlebotomy procedures ensuring donor eligibility and maintaining accurate records while delivering a safe and positive donor experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform donor screening in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
Conduct whole blood collections and therapeutic phlebotomy procedures
Participate in on-site and off-site blood collection drives
Prepare label and handle blood components and specimens
Maintain accurate donor records documentation and data entry
Support donor recruitment and outreach initiatives
Monitor and restock donor care supplies as needed
Collect blood specimens from donors and patients
Maintain a clean organized and sanitary work environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Prior phlebotomy experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Skills & Competencies
Strong venipuncture and specimen handling skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
