- Manage Sldr Ac (N) Continuous Improvement (CI) practices incl. the Quality Improvement Action Plan (QIAP).
- Initiate support and oversee subordinate unit 1st Party Audit (PA) / 1st Line of Defence Assurance (LoDA) practices providing policy advice/guidance to the CoC where necessary.
- Prepare and co-ordinate 2PA/2LoDA and act as lead PoC for liaison co-ordination and hosting of 3PA/3LoDA visits/audits/inspections providing policy advice/guidance to the CoC where necessary.
- Mentor Op Gp staff on CI and the promulgation and implementation of best practice.
- Co-ordinate all stakeholders in the execution of the Sldr Ac (N) bi-annual Customer Executive Boards CEB WGs and MJPs.
- Liaise with external agencies and other delivery organisations to ensure coherence in the Governance of training and that the organisation is operating in line with current policy.
- Advise Sldr Ac (N) on the management of Training Assurance related Risk.
- Educate advise and develop HQ Sldr Ac (N) staff and TP POCs with regards to the intelligent application of DSAT.
