Job Summary

Manage end to end inventory operations including inward storage and outward of materials.
Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials consumables and critical spares (pumps valves pipes chemicals etc.).
Ensure accurate inventory records in the database and physical stock alignment through regular audits and cycle counts.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning and timely availability.
Track material movement across factory and project sites to avoid shortages or delays.
Monitor slow moving non moving and excess inventory and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper storage handling and safety compliance for materials especially chemicals.
Oversee inventory organisation labelling and material identification systems.
Verify inward materials against purchase orders specifications and documentation (GRN MTC invoices etc.).
Support dispatch planning packing lists and logistics coordination for project materials.
Prepare MIS reports on stock status consumption shortages and inventory valuation.
Identify cost saving opportunities and minimise wastage pilferage and obsolete stock.
Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely material delivery and returns.
