As a Service Associate-Pastry we rely on you to

作为一名饼房厨师您的主要工作职责为

• Complete Western food ingredient processing cooking and plating in accordance with standards to ensure product quality and taste.
• Operate Western kitchen equipment in a standardized manner and ensure fire gas and electricity safety.
• Cooperate with meal service for all restaurant periods and banquets work efficiently as a team to guarantee dining service.
• Strictly comply with food hygiene regulations and maintain sanitation management of the work area.
• Manage goods receiving and daily storage of ingredients and cooperate with regular inventory checks.
• 按照标准完成各类西点面包的制作与出品保证出品标准
• 规范操作西厨房设备做好防火用气用电安全
• 配合各餐厅时间段及宴会的出餐高效协作保障用餐服务
• 严格执行食品卫生规范保持岗位区域的卫生管理
• 做好食材收货及管理配合完成各项盘点

We are looking for someone who:

• Majored in pastry or related majors; relevant kitchen work experience is preferred.
• Master the production skills of various breads and western pastries.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a diligent and earnest work attitude..
• Good health and excellent teamwork skills.
