The guest room floor is housed on the 28th to 51st floors and is therefore known as the Up in the Air hotel. As a Service Leader-Stewarding we rely on you to

作为一名管事部主管您的主要工作职责为

• Be responsible for the safekeeping issuance and recycling of tableware and kitchen utensils as well as environmental hygiene of kitchen areas.
• Manage attendance and performance assessment of subordinate staff and supervise employees to complete daily work tasks.
• Inspect and monitor the use of tableware in all service areas analyze the causes of wear and loss and put forward suggestions for loss reduction.
• Based on the inventory results of tableware in each restaurant communicate with the procurement department propose utensils procurement plans and ensure timely replenishment of tableware and kitchen supplies.
• 负责做好餐具用具的保管发放回收工作负责厨房区域的环境卫生
• 负责对下属员工的考勤考核工作督导员工完成相关工作
• 检查和管理各点餐具的使用情况分析造成损耗的原因提出降低损耗的建议
• 根据各餐厅餐具的盘点情况负责于采购部门沟通提出器具购置计划保证及时补充餐具用具

We are looking for someone who:

我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人

• Over 1 year of stewarding experience
• Be proficient in the use of various detergents and cleaners familiar with common tableware washing equipment and its operation and understand relevant maintenance methods.
• Familiar with the brand origin characteristics and price of various tableware and utensils and master the classification and storage methods of tableware supplies
• Strong sense of responsibility with a diligent earnest and down-to-earth working attitude.
• In good health energetic and equipped with strong communication skills.
• 一年以上管事部工作经验
• 熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法了解它们的维修保养方法
• 熟悉各种餐具用具的牌号产地特性及价格懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法
• 有较强的责任心工作认真踏实
• 身体健康精力充沛有较强的沟通能力
