Position Summary:

• Responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities programs and initiatives - creating a space for associates to gather and belong

• Manage the onboarding of new associates and review all employment contracts

• Be a part of something bigger by managing and facilitating the new associates programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders

• Interview managerial candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment process

• Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements

• Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team inviting welcoming and connecting with each associate

• Plan organise and execute TakeCare events and activities creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.

• Strategically create the hotels talent acquisition strategy networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs

• Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position

• Ensure you and the team maintain employee files containing required employment paperwork and are secured for the required length of time focusing on attention to detail

• Manage Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs
