Deputy Headteacher Brent September 2026

Are you an experienced senior leader ready to take on a pivotal Deputy Headteacher role in Brent This ambitious and inclusive primary school in Brent recognised by Ofsted for strong leadership and high standards is seeking a values-driven Deputy Headteacher to lead on Behaviour Pastoral and Safeguarding.   • Work closely with the Headteacher to continue the schools improvement journey

Deputy Headteacher Person specification

  • Proven senior leadership experience ideally as an existing Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Head
  • Strong track record in Behaviour Pastoral and Safeguarding leadership
  • Deep understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practice
  • Committed to high standards consistency and doing things properly
  • Able to lead by example and build staff confidence
  • Resilient strategic and aligned with the schools ethos and direction
