Job Summary
We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees clients and visitors. This role supports Facilities HR and Marketing with daily administrative and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages (USPS FedEx UPS)
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges for security
- Coordinate conference room setup
- Order and manage office supplies
- Assist with purchase orders and administrative tasks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of front desk receptionist or customer service experience
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
