Job Summary

We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees clients and visitors. This role supports Facilities HR and Marketing with daily administrative and office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages (USPS FedEx UPS)
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges for security
  • Coordinate conference room setup
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Assist with purchase orders and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of front desk receptionist or customer service experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
