What This Role Is All About
Likewize is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join us onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake Texas. This coordinator will be the administrative and operational powerhouse for our ERP Program Management team. As the teams Project Coordinator youll keep everything running smoothly for Likewizes ERP system implementation project from documentation control vendor coordination governance routines and overall day-to-day operational activities. Your Key Areas of Focus
Program Administration & Documentation
Maintain core program artifacts documentation and access management across tools and SharePoint
Track action items and work progress through Azure DevOps partnering with owners to keep things moving
Keep documentation organized current and easy to find
Vendor Coordination & Support
Coordinate with vendor PMs on resourcing onboarding and role changes
Track vendor assignments and support smooth onboarding into program routines
Compile monthly vendor invoices and supporting documentation for budget processes
Governance & Reporting Support
Prepare polished materials for governance forums (Weekly Status CCB ARB Steering Committee)
Consolidate crossfunctional updates into clear concise status reporting
Support meeting logistics including scheduling agendas notes and followups
What Were Looking For
1 year of experience in project coordination PMO operations or administrative project support (well also consider relevant internship experience if youre a recent college graduate!)
Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
A strong communicator whos comfortable partnering with crossfunctional stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel SharePoint PowerPoint Teams)
Extra Skills Wed Love to See
Experience supporting technology or ERP programs
Familiarity with our favorite project management tools including DevOps and Jira
