Job Summary

Job Title : Lead Business Analyst

Experience : 8-10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for compliance and surveillance systems.
Perform data and gap analysis on existing systems and processes.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with business users and technology teams for solution delivery.
Conduct workshops assessments and requirement discussions.
Support project lifecycle activities including documentation testing and implementation.
Prepare business artefacts such as BRDs FSDs and test cases.
Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Contribute to process improvements using automation and AI/ML initiatives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management.

Requisites

Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of AML trade surveillance or compliance systems.
Proficiency in SQL and working with large databases.
Familiarity with AWS Cloud and basic Python programming.
Experience with tools like JIRA MS Office and documentation tools.
Understanding of financial products and trade lifecycle is an advantage.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts is a plus.
