Job Title : Lead Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for compliance and surveillance systems.
- Perform data and gap analysis on existing systems and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business users and technology teams for solution delivery.
- Conduct workshops assessments and requirement discussions.
- Support project lifecycle activities including documentation testing and implementation.
- Prepare business artefacts such as BRDs FSDs and test cases.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements using automation and AI/ML initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of AML trade surveillance or compliance systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large databases.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud and basic Python programming.
- Experience with tools like JIRA MS Office and documentation tools.
- Understanding of financial products and trade lifecycle is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts is a plus.
