IT Project Manager Managed Services | Lisboa

• Lead and manage IT Managed Services projects and service engagements from initiation through delivery and transition to steadystate operations
• Act as the primary liaison with clients ensuring clear communication expectation management and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Plan monitor and control project scope schedule budget and quality ensuring delivery aligned with agreed SLAs KPIs and service expectations
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams including technical teams operations vendors and internal stakeholdersIdentify assess and mitigate project and operational risks escalating issues and proposing solutions when required
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency performance and value delivered to clients
• Ensure proper governance documentation reporting and adherence to EY methodologies and client requirements
• Support service transitions onboarding of new clients or services and change management activities within a Managed Services contextPrepare and present regular project status reports service updates and performance metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Information Systems Engineering or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Services Managed Services or Service Delivery environments
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional teams in international or matrix environments
• Good understanding of service delivery models SLAs KPIs and operational governance
• Strong communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Fluency in English both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Project Management certification
• Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
• Background in IT Operations Application Support Infrastructure or Cloud-based services
• Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks
