Applications Analyst Intern

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Able to explore new features or technologies based on requirement
• Able to understand / analyse tasks quickly and support existing team
• Good at analysing and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently or with group of teams
• Performs development and tests / debugs programs
• Willing to work on existing applications and also able adopt to new technologies.

Education & Experience

• Are currently pursing or completed bachelors or masters degree in computer science engineering or related field.

Skills

• Have experience in some (not all) of the following: SQL PL-SQL Oracle DB.
• Having knowledge of Java or any Object-Oriented Programming language is plus
• Are excited about learning and understanding business processes of various departments across the organization.
• Possessing strong communication (written as well verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Not afraid to evaluate/try new methodologies/frameworks/tools to improve development process and/or user experience.
• Are excited about joining a team that is focused on building truly global systems which will be used by employees around the world.
• Have past application development Internship or Project experience is a plus.

Working Conditions

• The work mode of Finisar India is Hybrid i.e. 3 days at office.
