Our Role:

As a Website Specialist youll play a key role in supporting the delivery and optimisation of Goodstarts digital platforms with a strong focus on website performance usability and user experience.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead you will support the day-to-day management of our websites including content updates page builds testing and optimisation to ensure a seamless and effective digital journey for families across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in website management CMS platforms and digital optimisation who enjoys working in the detail to continuously improve digital experiences.

Your Impact:

• Manage and optimise website content through CMS platforms (Kentico) including page builds landing pages and user journeys
• Maintain website accuracy functionality and performance across mobile and desktop
• Support website enhancements from briefing through to testing (UAT) and launch
• Implement tagging and monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics Tag Manager and Search Console
• Analyse user behaviour to identify opportunities to improve engagement navigation and conversion
• Support SEO through on-page optimisation and content improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver website updates and digital initiatives
• Support digital campaigns (eDM paid search) with a focus on driving traffic to and improving website performance

Youll bring to the table:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Advertising Business or similar
• Experience with CMS platforms is essential with exposure to Kentico Optimizely Sitecore BrightEdge or similar platforms highly regarded. Experience using SEO tools such as AHREFs would also be advantageous.
• Solid understanding of website-supporting channelsincluding SEO/SEM email marketing and paid media supported by hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Tag Manager and email platforms.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and grow
• Current QLD Blue Card or willingness to obtain
