Coding: Light HTML/CSS editing for email templates. Operations: Audience segmentation logic QA/testing protocols and performance analytics pulling. Integrations: Basic CRM integrations data syncs and webhook management. Experience & Alignment: 5 years of experience in email marketing operations marketing automation or a related high-volume production field. Strong project management prioritization skills and high attention to detail. Ability to flawlessly execute campaigns efficiently without needing constant strategic hand-holding. Excellent English communication skills Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar. Knowledge of interpersonal communication skills. Foster relationships with the team and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Understand and develop strategies for appropriate leveraging of campaign performance trends to get the most out of the client budget. Evaluate and improve internal processes. Knowledge of working with clients and internal teams to ensure the best solutions possible. Ensure key performance goals are met and escalate any issues that could impact meeting agreed upon targets.
