Job Summary
Job Details -
We are hiring Field Executives who will go out in the city and onboard people as Freelance Sales Associates for JioFiber & AirFiber.
This is a field job. You will travel within your city and talk to people to help them register on our platform.
What You Will Do
Go out in the field and meet people ( Field Agents selling Banking/Non-Banking products and services technicians electricians delivery boys shop owners field agents etc.)
Explain the earning opportunity
Help them register as freelancers
Achieve daily onboarding target (minimum 10 to 20 people)
Requirements
Requirements (Must Have)
Must have a bike (2-wheeler)
Must know local city/areas well
Comfortable working full day in field
Good communication skills (Hindi / local language)
Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp forms etc.)
Preferred Experience
Field sales / field recruitment / onboarding work
Experience talking to people and convincing them

Salary & Benefits
Fixed salary Incentives for daily / weekly / monthly targets(Incentives 7k to 13k as per the target achievement).
100 per day travel allowance
