There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
Scope of work
Coordinates transplantation of all follow-up and care across the continuum from pre-transplant during transplant and post with members of the health care team to enhance patient care by developing supporting and educating nursing clinical judgments based upon a synthesis of current research concepts principles theories and outcomes to solve complex integral member of a larger interdisciplinary team contributing to excellence in patient care research and teaching.
Qualifications
Required Bachelors Degree Nursing
Preferred Masters Degree Nursing
5 years of relevant nursing experience required with at least two years in transplant or critical care or clinical nursing experience in transplant or critical care preferred
Program development Preferred
LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
CRT-Oncology Certified Nurse - ONCC Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation Blood and Marrow Transplant Upon Hire required
