As a Quality Management Coordinator you will coordinate the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System equipment and local Quality systems according to global policies.

You will report to the Vendor Leader and be based in our Cuernavaca site working in a hybrid model (4 days at the office and 1 remote day)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the administration and maintenance of local Quality systems aligned with global policies.
• Accomplish maintenance of the local quality documentation system and help develop new Best Practices.
• Maintain an internal audit program that shows the level of compliance with applicable Quality Management standards.
• Coordinate the Quality training program for company employees promoting a zero-defects culture.
• Lead supplier management aligned with global policies promoting collaboration and performance improvement.
• Lead the management and implementation of customer-specific requirements aligned with global policies and focused on partnership and performance improvement.
• Coordinate: implementation of requirements agreed upon with customers customer complaints management process root cause analysis and the follow-up of action plans.
• Lead: customer and external organization audits and manage the results obtained change management process following global directives Quality Systems team and Continuous improvement projects establishing proactive measures to prevent issues.
• Accomplish program(s) within the approved budget.
• Communicate the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) Quality Indicators including events such as product withdrawals contaminations.

Your professional profile requires:

• University degree in Food Engineering Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• More than 10 years of experience in related areas.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Quality Management or related fields.
• Experience as an Internal Auditor under the FSSC 22000 standard (Lead Auditor certification is desirable).
• Experience in HACCP / APPCC.
• People management experience.
• Experience in investigation trend analysis and Quality tools (Ishikawa 5 Whys PDCA)
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
