DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install organize and set up professional lighting equipment on set according to production plans and instructions from the department lead
• Assemble and position lighting gear including Fresnels LED panels fluorescent tubes HMIs ballasts dimmers modifiers and support systems
• Manage and maintain lighting cables and DMX connections including labeling coiling and ensuring proper condition and organization
• Support lighting focus and adjustments during rehearsals and live or recorded productions
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to lighting equipment and connections
• Contribute to the inventory management maintenance and organization of lighting equipment within the department
• Follow on-set safety procedures and maintain clear communication with the production and technical teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of professional lighting systems used in film television or live event environments
• Experience assembling and dismantling technical equipment through academic training or professional experience
• Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team follow instructions and perform effectively in fast-paced production environments
• Physical ability to lift move and handle technical equipment safely
• Intermediate level of English with the ability to understand technical instructions and communicate with international teams
• Availability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays when required
• Basic knowledge of electricity DMX signal control light metering or cinematography principles is considered an advantage
• Technical or vocational training in audiovisual production electricity electronics or related fields
• Proactive mindset strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and grow within the lighting department.
